Yes. Target calls it a "product launch drawing" and sets out the rules in its help article 000229295. The first one, for a $14.99 Destined Rivals blister, ran from November 2 to November 4, 2026.
There isn't a single one. Each drawing lives on its own product page, where "Enter the drawing" replaces "Add to cart". When Target sets a product as a drawing, the board above lists it with the direct link. More on finding the link.
Target hasn't said. Its November 6 release of Delta Reign and the 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collections went live as ordinary first-come listings around 3 a.m. ET, not as a drawing. The board shows the next drawing within 10 minutes of Target listing it.
No. Target picks at random from all eligible entries after the window closes. Walmart and Dick's work the same way.
Target emails winners at the address on the Target account; they then have 24 hours to buy. Walmart and Dick's charge winners automatically. Results at each store.
Don't. Target says multiple accounts, bots, scripts and AI agents can get every entry disqualified, including future ones, and orders cancelled.
